Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Very Good Mothers Club is pleased to provide simple and affordable weight based rate shipping options. We currently only ship within the US but are currently exploring ways to ship all other items and will update you if and when we are able to offer that service. We ship all items within 7 business days.
If you provide the wrong address when ordering and the item it returned to us, we will need to charge you again for shipping to resend it to the correct address. If an item it returned to us by the postal service then we will contact you, confirm the correct mailing address, collect additional shipping cost and resend the package. In the event that we cannot get ahold of you, we will wait 10 days and then we will refund the form of payment you used to purchase minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 10%.
Taxes
For US orders, Very Good Mothers Club does not collect taxes in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.
Cancellations
Returns
Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, and ideally in original packaging if applicable. Beauty products cannot be returned once they have been opened, unless they are defective. In that case we will need photographs and a description of the issue. If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of Very Good Mothers Club store credit for any future purchases on our site, if your items(s) is eligible for a return. Please note that some of our items are final sale. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation, but generally applies to items shipping from international vendors, and discounted products.

For shipping, please package your unworn, undamaged items, with the security tag still attached, in the box that it was sent in, and affix the return label. To arrange a collection with USPS, contact your local service center at 800-823-7459 or drop off at your local USPS Store.
Conditions
- Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation, but generally applies to art, furniture, custom-made items, items shipping from international vendors, and discounted products.
- Returned items must be shipped back (eg, picked up or processed by USPS/other mail carrier) within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, with the security tag still attached, and ideally in original packaging if applicable.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.
- If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of Very Good Mothers Club store credit for any future purchases on our site.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but if you would like to go through the return process and repurchase you are more than welcome to do so.
