Frequently asked questions
Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at sayhi@verygoodmothersclub.com.
Returns
Very Good Mothers Club is happy to offer a refund, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, and ideally in original packaging if applicable. Beauty products cannot be returned once they have been opened, unless they are defective. In that case we will need photographs and a description of the issue. If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of Very Good Mothers Club store credit for any future purchases on our site, if your items(s) is eligible for a return. Please note that some of our items are final sale. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation, but generally applies to items shipping from international vendors, and discounted products. Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive and inspect the items from your return. Then a refund will be given for your order minus the cost of shipping + a 10% restocking fee.

For shipping, please package your unworn, undamaged items in the box that it was sent in, and affix the return label. To arrange a collection with USPS, contact your local service center at 800-823-7459 or drop off at your local USPS Store.
Conditions
- Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation, but generally applies to art, furniture, custom-made items, items shipping from international vendors, and discounted products.
- Returned items must be shipped back (eg, picked up or processed by USPS/other mail carrier) within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, with the security tag still attached, and ideally in original packaging if applicable.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.
- If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of Very Good Mothers Club store credit for any future purchases on our site.
